APPROACH TO CASES
 Ms. Waldman tries to provide each client with excellent service. Her goal is to answer questions, to explain to clients their rights and to develop a practical approach to each case. She works diligently to reach settlements in order to avoid taking cases to court. Going to court is a costly, stressful and lengthy process. Settlements also allow a client to obtain certain results that the court could not provide. If a settlement is not reached and the matter must go to court, Ms. Waldman works zealously for her clients.
At the initial meeting, Ms. Waldman reviews the facts of the client’s matter thoroughly.
She then explains the process that would occur if the matter were to go to court. Thereafter, she explains the ways in which the matter may be resolved without going to court. At the end of the meeting, she and the client develop a plan for proceeding with the matter.
